A.) Semco improved rake features -
Superior Rake Guide
Endless return bends on both ends of side frame girders retains rake guide brackets to virtually eliminate rake hangups.

B.) Sectionalized Rake discharge doors
Four pneumatic operated doors form a tiered ice retaining wall on the bin's discharge end. Doors are progressively opened automatically as rake descends. Doors minimize ice avalanches by exposing no more than 3ft of ice at anytime.


Semco's self-monitoring automatic Ice Rake Fabricated heavy girder side frames with flanges formed into an endless guide track. All rake parts hot-dipped galvanized. Match marked parts for easy assembly. Heavy duty rake carrier chains. Microprocessor controlled rake drive with protective circuitry. Heavy duty rake drive with oil drip pan and guardrails.	Turnkey Ice Plants available from Semco Semco bin and rake components available as a kit for assembly by local contractor. Galvanized steel exterior stairway and safety railing around the upper deck.
